UI/UX design
Interfaces Designed Around the People Who Use Them
NXP Technologies designs websites, mobile apps and business software interfaces for companies in Dubai and across the UAE. The work turns business requirements into user journeys, page and screen structures, and visual designs that developers can build accurately.
Design is scoped as a defined piece of work. Depending on the project it can cover discovery and journey mapping, wireframes, clickable prototypes, a visual design system and developer handoff, with each deliverable agreed in the proposal.

Deliverables
What a UI/UX Project Can Include
Not every project needs every stage. We agree the deliverables at the start, based on what you are designing and what already exists.
Discovery and requirements
Business goals, user groups, existing analytics or feedback and technical constraints, summarised so design decisions have a clear basis.
User journeys and information architecture
How each type of user reaches what they need, with the page or screen inventory, navigation and content hierarchy.
Wireframes
Low-fidelity layouts of key pages or screens, used to agree structure and content before visual design starts.
Clickable prototypes
Linked screens that stakeholders can click through to review the flow and, where agreed, test with users.
Visual design and UI system
Final screen designs with typography, colours, components and states, organised as a reusable set for consistency.
Developer handoff
Specifications, assets and component notes prepared for the development team, with design review during the build.
Where design applies
Design for Websites, Apps and Business Software
Websites and landing pages. Clear structure, readable content and calls to action that are easy to find on every screen size. See web development and landing page design.
Mobile apps. Layouts that follow iOS and Android conventions, with navigation, loading, empty and error states designed as well as the main screens. See mobile app development.
Business software and portals. Dashboards, forms and tables designed for daily use, with different user roles in mind. NXP designs the interfaces of its own products, such as DarERP, shown here. See software development.

FAQ
UI/UX Design Questions
What is the difference between UI and UX design?
UX design covers how a product works for its users: journeys, structure and flow. UI design covers how it looks and responds: layout, typography, colour and components. Most projects need both.
How much does UI/UX design cost?
It depends on the number of pages or screens, the stages included and how many review rounds are needed. We quote against an agreed list of deliverables.
Can you redesign an existing website or app?
Yes. We start by reviewing what exists, including any analytics or user feedback, and then agree which journeys and screens the redesign should change.
Do you also build what you design?
Yes. NXP develops websites, mobile apps and business software, so designs can move straight into development with the same team.
Do you carry out user testing?
Where it is included in the scope, prototypes can be reviewed with a small group of representative users before development, and the findings fed into the design.
What do we need to provide?
Brand assets, existing content, access to any analytics, and time from the people who will review and approve the designs.
